Minimum stay of two nights.
Booking is completed after the deposit of 50% of the contracted value. The remaining 50% must be filed some days before check-in.
Check-in: 14:00 for challets and 15:00 for houses. Check-out: 12:00. For an earlier check-in or later check-out, please consult beforehand.
Please enquire about your prices by e-mail vevalenca@hotmail.com. For any extra people uninformed there will be a 30% increase in the price, cashed in the check-in. Extra people not allowed if exceeds informed capacity.
Our daily rate include a hearty breakfast.
We do not charge corkage fee for drinks and supplies consumed inside homes and cottages. For consumption in social areas, charge fee of $ 25.00 per bottle or equivalent.
Cancellation policy
- Only valid for cancellations 10 days before check-in. After this period there will not be any kind of refunding.
- Option 01 – Full value of the reservation is set as an advance for future stays.
- Option 02 – Devolução de 70% do valor pago na reserva.
